Information will also be required to access certain sections and information of the site such as wholesale pricing. ORDERS When you place an order with Jasmin Skincare you will receive an immediate confirmation email prior to your order being processed. We will notify you again by email once your account has been charged and your order dispatched or if there is any delay in supplying an item in your order. Rest assured we do not charge your credit card until your order is ready to be dispatched.
Orders deliverable to Australian addresses are sent using Australia Post by either Express Post Satchel or for bulkier orders Registered Parcel Post. Please note that some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Any such adjustment will be communicated to you prior to dispatching your order.
Australia Post by either Express Post Satchel, or Registered Parcel Post both require the recipient to sign for the parcel – the parcel may either be delivered to your address by Australia Post or a card left by Australia Post requesting the parcel to be collected and signed for at your local Post Office. This depends on your local Postman in your area.
Terms Unforseen supply problems may occassionally result in stock being unavailable. Should there be a delay in despatching your order we will contact you immediately to advise you of the reason for the delay. You may cancel such an order at any time prior to processing.
Some large orders and bulky items may require an adjustment to quoted delivery costs. Please email details of the products required for a final freight cost. Alternatively, feel free to submit your order with query and we will contact you to arrange appropriate shipping. You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing.

Orders may also be paid for Electronic Funds Transfer to Jasmin Skincare bank account in Australian dollars only. During the Checkout process you will be prompted to include a unique Jasmin transaction code when making your EFT payment. Where the original payment was made by EFT please allow up to 48 hrs for payment to be processed.
Returns, Refunds & Exchanges We will gladly refund, credit or exchange all Exchanges may be made for any item of equal or greater value. Should payment be required when exchanging an order, the customer will include a cheque for the difference with the returned item. Shipping cost for returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging with all accompanying materials and show no signs of wear. No credit card refunds will be issued. It is necessary to request return authorisation before sending your returned merchandise. All exchanges must be postmarked within 10 days of receipt of purchase. Insurance and careful packing are strongly suggested for all returned items. Jasminskincare will not be responsible for lost or damaged packages. All shipping fees are not refundable unless as a result of our error.
All items are inspected for quality before shipping to ensure you receive a great product. On the off chance you receive damaged or defective merchandise, please email info@jasminskincare.com within one week of receiving your order.
